The Bank has around 90 employees and is headquartered in the centre of Stockholm. The corporate culture is based upon the vision that long-term success for the bank, can only be achieved by creating success for the clients. In that context client communication and interaction is key and as in more and more industries, dependent on efficient and well designed digital interfaces, communication channels and tools.
This was a fairly traditional project, where the main focus was to help the Bank to better live up to the expectations of their clients, partners and other important target groups in their communication. Not only do they work with demanding clients, but the communication in itself often contains complex financial information, products and services and with more and more of client touch points being mobile, thus the responsiveness had to be flawless.
Following our main assignment in 2016, we have entered into a long-term agreement for service and support, something we do with most of our clients within Development & Design. In order to meet expectations in this area, we have built a team of dedicated resources at Levels, to provide reliable and high quality support over time.
